new home, new vibes

Dom je beseda s tisoč odmevi. Mnogi najprej pomislijo na družino, otroštvo, na svoje najbolj žive spomine. Je beseda, ki prikliče podobe in čustva. Če imamo srečo, je to beseda, ki potolaži dušo, ki pomeni kraj kamor se radi vračamo, beseda, ki nam zbudi občutek varnosti, ljubljenosti in topline. Morda nismo vsi odraščali v idealnem okolju, a skupno nam je upanje, da bi te občutke vdihnili svojemu lastnemu domu. Naše življenje doma lahko izjemno vpliva na to, kdo smo; pri odraslih vpliva na vsakdanje življenje in razpoloženje, pri otrocih vpliva na to, kakšni ljudje bodo postali.

Počasi se poslavljamo od našega ljubkega majhnega doma.

Hrani spomine izpred več kot petdeset let, 

v njem so prebivale štiri generacije.

Hvaležna sem za zatočišče in varen objem, ki ga je nudil

in sladke spomine, ki bodo bledeli na fotografijah in v spominu.

Seveda bo potočena kakšna solza, 

ampak življenje gre naprej in prinaša nova doživetja.

Začenjamo z novim poglavjem in mahamo nasvidenje!

Slowly saying goodbye to our lovely, tiny home.

It contains memories from more than fifty years ago, 

it was a home to four generations.

I am grateful to it's shelter and loving embrace

and sweet memories that will fade away in photos and in our minds.

Surely tears will be shed,

but life goes on and brings new adventures.

We are heading over to a new chapter and waving goodbye!
